New parents, regardless of gender, enjoy a flexible 6-month, 100% paid leave and resources such as a dedicated Family Support Guide and back-up childcare support.
All ZEOs have the flexibility and control over how they unplug and recharge with generous, flexible time off, including “wellness” days and a company-wide winter break, in addition to paid holidays. Currently, all salaried ZEOs based in the US receive unlimited PTO to use at their discretion to help find work life balance.
In addition to great healthcare coverage for ZEOs and their families, ZEOs also have free access to Modern Health, a unique mental health platform offering personalized support for anything life throws at you – whether at work, at home, or in your relationships.

In addition to a 401K & savings plan, ZEOs can contribute up to 15% of their base pay for a set period of time and use those funds to buy ZUO stock at a 15% discount with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
