Z-Force 3.0

Z-Force, our 100% native integration with salesforce.com, has been one of our most popular features among our customer base because it provides the most complete set of functionality for enabling subscription management and billing from within salesforce.com CRM. Z-Force 3.0 takes that even further by allowing users to:

  • Automatically calculate, display, and quote prorations and charges across multiple charge periods, across complex charge models

Z-Payments

Refund Permissions Included in Standard User Role
Today, the ability to process refunds is now included in the Standard User Role.

Electronic Refunds on CyberSource Payment Gateway
Now you can automatically process refunds through the Cybersource Payment Gateway. This means we now support electronic refunds across all payment gateways and processors that Zuora supports.

Bank Identification Number (BIN) on Payment Methods
We now track and store the Bank Identification Number (BIN) associated with the credit card or debit card payment method and attach them to any payments processed against those cards.

Z-Billing

Subscription Preview for Active and Cancelled Accounts
This allows a user to view all invoices generated for the subscription, as well as future invoices, taking into account any amendments.

Expanded Subscription List View
This new layout allows users to view key data about the subscription in an easy-to-read format. In addition, we've added new sort fields to aid in finding and sorting subscriptions.

Enhanced Invoice Transaction Table
The transaction table now shows all transactions, including adjustments that apply to the invoice giving your customers a full view of their invoice's history.
